Kimberly is a dynamic and proven leader with over 20 years of technology management experience and a certified CPA. Balance of business expertise, extensive technology knowledge and project management experience provides the client a true asset across all disciplines of their project. Proven project delivery and alignment of strategy has achieved strong, long-term relationships with Leigh Consulting clients.

She has conducted assessments and developed strategic roadmaps for clients in a variety of focus areas in IT and business functions, performed cloud strategy fit-gap analysis, designed target operating models and provided optimization recommendations.

Kimberly has program/project managed small to large-scale projects ranging from $50K to $45M. Strong project manager that has a proven track record of on-time and on-budget delivery. Well-versed in project management discipline and rigor. Brings a pragmatic approach to any project and makes the tough decisions needed along with proper client leadership guidance.

She has deep knowledge of business and accounting principles. Leads and advises clients regarding key business process and implementation design decisions. Experience with technical architecture and a myriad of technologies including, but not limited to, master data management, data analytics, reporting, cybersecurity and technical audits. Heavy emphasis in Workday, PeopleSoft and other ERP solutions. Experience in a wide breadth of modules covering HCM, Financials and Supply Chain. Configured and technically developed PeopleSoft since version 7.5.
